Returns accepted as exchange (delivery cost not covered)store credit or money back.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Report return to support@wholesaleamber.eu with order number and purchase details

Initiated report withing 7 days of receipt.

Maximum 30 days time frame is allowed for all return process.

Products damaged on receipt must be reported with visual proof. Defected products excange delivery cost is not covered.

 

Absolutely no walk-in return/replacement service will be accepted.

Buyer is responsible for all return charges, damages & losses while in transit.

After replacement or refund process is approved, merchandise should be carefully packed to prevent any losses or damage in transit. We advice you to register, insure parcel and ship via traceable means.

Merchandise must be in its original packing. You will have to fill customs declaration form in your post office and mark parcel as gift and state value not higher than 5 euros/ 6 USD. In case you forget to do this, your parcel will be refused instructed customs officers to delivered mail back to sender.
